Welcome back to What I Ate Wednesday. I completely forgot to post this last week because we were moving into our new house, so I thought I’d post it now instead of todays WIAW. I’ll include today’s WIAW in my weekly vlog this weekend instead…yes, I’m doing weekly vlogs now too *eek!*.
I decided to go with an old favourite of mine: banana and oaty pancakes! These are really simple, really delicious (plus healthy!) and inexpensive to make. I use one banana, two eggs and about 20g of rolled oats, then I fry them using coconut oil and serve them with raspberries and a drizzle of honey. Yummy. I also had a cappuccino.
Mid Morning Snack:
After coming in from my walk with Willow, I had a Pink Lady apple with some peanut butter and a cup of tea. I sat and watched a few YouTube videos whilst enjoying my snack!
For lunch I had my favourite soup at the moment: Yorkshire Provender Roast Chicken and Vegetable Soup. Oh my God, it’s delicious!! I had this with a wholemeal bread roll and some water. I totally forgot to take a photo because of the house move – oops!
We moved into our new house, and it was so crazy, we had no time to cook or be healthy (any excuse!) so we had a pizza and a bottle of prosecco, of course! My pizza had asparagus, pesto and chicken from M&S, it was deee-lish.
