As you may have already guessed, I’m a big fan of Christmas! I enjoy going overboard in order to get in the festive spirit, and I don’t shy away when it comes to decorating my tiny one bed flat either! I have been buying a few home accessories along with tree decorations and signs to be placed around the house, making every room have a special Christmas touch!
In the bedroom, I didn’t go mad, I bought this really sweet Christmas bedding from Asda George which cost only £14 and it looks and feels amazing. It makes our bedroom all wintery and cosy!
In the hallway I bought some pouporri from Next which smells beautiful, a ‘Merry Christmas’ sign from Asda and the red coasters are from Wilkinsons.
In the lounge, we obviously have our tree, but I also bought a few understated decorative accessories and candles to have up. I bought this very cute Yankee Candle reindeer holder and I really wish I’d bought more now and they are so sweet!
The ‘J’ and ‘T’ baubles are from Marks & Spencer which my Mum bought for Tom and I last year, I love them! I also have my sparkly ballerina on the tree which my Mum also bought for me, but I’m not too sure where it is from as it was quite a while ago now.
My chocolate coins and sprouts are from Marks & Spencer, and these are delicious! Great stocking fillers or to have out for guests at Christmas, or in mine and Toms case, a treat after dinner as we didn’t get advent calendars this year.
What do you think? I definitely could add so much more, seriously, so, so, so much more! When we have a little bit more room, and a little more money, our home will literally be a magical Christmas castle! I can’t wait for that day!
And a little shout out to my nephew Toby who turns 16 today!
