WIAW – The Brits, Disney & Healthy Pancakes 🌹🥞🎤

Wednesday’s are quickly becoming a favourite day of mine; I just love getting up on a Wednesday morning and actually thinking about what I will eat. I am really enjoying celebrating the food I eat, sharing it with you all and hopefully inspiring you too. Most days I just eat whatever, whenever because I fail to give time and consideration to my food choices. But with WIAW, I am encouraged to really plan out what I will eat, and it also inspires me to try new things. Anyway, I’ll stop blabbing on and show you the goods – enjoy!

Breakfast:

Pancakes, pancakes, pancakes!! Seriously can’t get enough of these healthy pancakes. They are the same as those I made last week, but this time with strawberries. If you’d like to see a video of me making them, they will be on my weekly vlog next Monday!      

Lunch:

I forgot again! Oh, I really do mess my lunch up every week don’t I! Ok, well no photo, but I had a tuna, feta and salad pitta with some cherry tomatoes and olives on the side. It was pretty yummy!

Mid Afternoon Snack:

After lunch, Tom and I shared some Metcalfe’s Skinny Popcorn sweet ‘n salt mix, which was so good that I could’ve eaten the entire family sharing bag, but I practised some self-control and resisted! Yay me!

Coffee Break:

Annnnnnnnd a coffee in my favourite mug – who else is excited for BEAUTY AND THE BEAST?!

Dinner:

Tonight the Brits is on and being lovers of a good awards show, we kind of wanted to make a night of it (any excuse!), so we decided to have burgers and onion rings!! Oh god it was delicious and a such a treat. I made WAAAY too much though, couldn’t finish both burgers (eyes bigger than my belly!).

We did have some chocolate raisins for dessert too. Yummy!

    I keep planning to take pictures of what I am eating for my blog, and I keep forgetting – so I feel you with the lunch photo! 🙂

    Oh, pancakes! Who doesn’t love them? Yes, I like to see your video on your vlog next Monday, if you say they are healthy. I wish to learn how to make healthy pancakes, I know only unhealthy recipes. Will you post here on the blog that video, too?

    The pancakes look amazing. You certainly have a flair for making your plates look beautiful when serving food. Although I am not sure I could handle the two burgers either. That’s a ton of food.
