Healthy Christmas Snacks (Blogmas Day 11)

As the festive season gets into full swing, mince pies and chocolate are the go-to treats whilst visiting family or popping out for a quick coffee with friends. There are however,  healthier snacks out there which will help if you’re not wanting to put on weight over Christmas, or consume too much sugar. So in order to avoid temptation, be prepared to take out home made snacks, or pick up convent hand-bag sized snacks to have on the go for those weaker moments!

A few of my favourites:

Peanut Butter/Nut Butters with sliced apple

Apple Crisps

Bounce Balls (love the new cacao orange, very festive!)

A handful of nuts and dried fruit

Medjool dates

Apple with cinnamon

Frozen banana (tastes like banana ice cream!)

Popcorn

Herbal teas such as Pukka Licorice and Peppermint

Satusamas as they’re so delicious and festive

Emergen-c drinks to fill up on vitamins and minerals

Also, a huge thank you to Multipower who has sent me my first Christmas gift, in the form of a box of healthy goodies to support my fitness routine over Christmas! Look at everything I got:
